Our Wholegrain Rye loaf is dense and full of flavour. It is made with 100% wholegrain rye, rye sourdough, plenty of seeds, miso and toasted malt. That is why its crumb is dark and moist.

Perfect with butter, cheese or smoked fish. We recommend toasting it lightly to bring out all its flavour.

Tips for keeping our Rye bread:

To keep your bread fresh for longer, we recommend buying it uncut. Use a good bread knife (like this one from Pallares Solsona) to cut slices as you go.

If you prefer to buy it sliced, we suggest freezing it from the second day in an airtight bag to keep it in perfect condition. When you fancy it again, simply take it out of the freezer and refresh it in the toaster.

That way you will always have crisp, delicious bread to hand!
