Classic Brioche (burger bun)

Our classic brioche is perfect for burgers, and for making sweet and savoury sandwiches too.

It is made with Charentes-Poitou Pamplie protected designation of origin butter, and its crumb is wonderfully soft and fluffy.

What ingredients does it contain?

• stone-milled wheat flour*

• PDO Charentes-Poitou Pamplie butter*

• white cane sugar*

• fresh whole cow's milk from La Selvatana*

• free-range eggs

• fresh yeast

• sea salt from the Delta de l’Ebre natural park*

• filtered water.
