What does it taste like?

Not too sweet. Gently spicy. Full-bodied. The sensory profile is built on four layers of flavour. The distinctive freshness of cardamom harmonises with the sweetness and body brought by clove, cinnamon, star anise and panela. Coriander seeds add a citrus touch and a floral aroma. Finally, fresh ginger and black pepper give it its final spicy kick.
