Our wholegrain rye is dense and full of flavour. Made with 100% wholegrain rye, rye sourdough, plenty of seeds, miso and toasted malt, which is why its crumb is dark and moist.
Ideal with butter, cheese or smoked fish. We recommend toasting it lightly to bring out all its flavour.
How to keep your rye bread:
To keep it fresh for longer, we recommend buying it uncut. Use a good bread knife (like this one from Pallarès Solsona) and slice as you go.
If you prefer it sliced, freeze it from the second day in an airtight bag. When you want more, take it straight from the freezer to the toaster.
