75% "Bean-to-Bar" chocolate - Puchero
Have you heard of speciality chocolate? This type of chocolate is also known as single-origin chocolate and sits in the league of truly exceptional chocolates.
Origin: The 75% "Cuzco Qori Warmi" chocolate comes from a unique VRAE-99 variety grown by the Qori Warmi women's cooperative in the Vraem region. The beans reach the hands of Paola and Marco, two chocolate artisans. In their workshop in Valladolid they treat the cacao with great care until it becomes this practical bar format, without interfering much with its essence: that's why it's called bean-to-bar.
What's in it? Cocoa beans, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter. Minimum 75% cocoa. Variety: VRAE-99.
How does this chocolate taste? Complex, floral, with notes of raspberry and walnut.
