Beer mustard - Rooftop Smokehouse

Our neighbours Rooftop Smokehouse smoke, ferment and cure at the Fàbrica Lehman, where they restored an 1850 chimney that became their workshop's new smoke stack. They work only with ethically sourced, high-quality ingredients, always prioritising local produce.

This beer-infused mustard is aromatic and unpasteurised.
