Coca de Sant Joan (in-store pickup only on Tuesday 23 June)

Our Coca de Sant Joan is an artisan brioche, beautifully soft and fluffy, made with the finest ingredients: butter with the Charentes-Poitou Protected Designation of Origin, organic free-range eggs, a touch of orange blossom water and citrus. As tradition dictates, it features local pine nuts and a hint of anise.

Homemade pastry cream and local pine nuts:
We fill our coca with a cream made from egg yolks and Madagascar vanilla. We finish it with local pine nuts, amarena cherries and candied orange.

How much does it weigh? How many people does it serve?
It weighs approximately 550 g and is ideal for sharing between 4 and 6 people.

When can I come and collect it?

Store pickup will be on Monday 23 June from 10:00am onwards, once the order has been placed through our website.
