Comté Cheese 24 Months - Ardai

In 1988, Ardai took up the tradition of the Mestres Formatgers Artesans de Catalunya, and from 1992 it established itself as the first distributor of European cheeses of every kind made with raw milk.

This Comté is made from raw cow's milk and matured for 24 months. Worth noting: this cheese has been awarded the certificate d'Appelation d'Origin Protégé (Protected Designation of Origin).

Comté comes from Jura, Ain and Doubs, French departments bordering Switzerland, in the east and south-east of France.
