Pamplie butter is made with the utmost respect for tradition, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Thanks to the origin of its ingredients, this product has been awarded the Appelation d'Origine Protégée (AOP) certificate (in English, PDO, (Protected Designation of Origin) Poitou - Charentes.
