Ham and cheese pastry

Here is the savoury version of our laminated gem. Made with layers of crisp puff pastry, filled with mild Edam cheese and delicious smoked ham that brings a woodsmoke note and plenty of flavour. All this is rounded off with Charentes Poitou designation of origin butter, guaranteeing an authentic, quality taste.
