A soft, aromatic cake, finished with a lemon and orange syrup that keeps it moist. Almond gives it depth, organic citrus gives it freshness, and PDO Charentes-Poitou butter gives it that richness you can taste in every bite.
Made with La Selvatana yoghurt, free-range eggs from the Empordà, marzipan, almond flour and organic citrus. No preservatives, no artificial flavourings, just good ingredients.
